Fourth-generation homebuilder Mike Swerdloff learned his craft from hands-on experience working in the industry for over 25 years. He spent many hours on job sites prior to receiving a degree in civil engineering in 1985. He then worked as a project engineer, honing his design, land planning and entitlement skills, and later joined his father's building and land development business as a partner in the private sector. For the next 5 years, Mike helped expand operations from 50 to 250 closings per year, further fostering his engineering, architectural and construction skills. In 1996, after his father's passing, Mike entered the public sector spending 10 years with the nation's largest homebuilders as a top executive overseeing sales, construction, land development and customer service operations.
Cultivating his highly regarded years of industry experience, Mike founded Swerdloff Properties in 2005 to build and develop real estate throughout Bucks/Montgomery Counties and the Jersey shore, enabling him to devote 100% of his time and energy working hands-on with his customers.
